Christian Bogaru has extensive experience in advising Romanian and international customers in all major economic sectors.
He was an advisory and representative work in a variety of international M & A transactions, negotiation and conclusion of international contracts and business agreements with copyright and other intellectual property issues and important labor law issues.
Christian Bogaru advises public and private institutions and companies to legal complex issues in the energy, procurement and environmental and accompanies projects for renewable energies such as photovoltaic, wind power, biomass, biogas and geothermal projects.
The ACQ Global Awards 2014 Mr. Bogaru Award as Romanian Lawyer of the Year.
